By using Auster.in, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Continued use of our services signifies your agreement.

2. Use of Website

  • Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or offensive behavior on our site, including transmitting defamatory or objectionable content.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, features, and functionality on Auster.in are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Limited License: You may view, download, or print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written consent.

4. Custom Posters

Please share your images via WhatsApp at 7006672409. Kindly note: calls are not accepted—only text messages.

All orders must be prepaid, as Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable. We plan to introduce COD in the future.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a barcode or secure payment link to complete your purchase. After successful payment, your order will be processed promptly and delivered with care.

5. Orders and Payments

  • Order Processing: Orders begin processing upon payment confirmation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure payment options. Full payment is required at purchase.

6. Shipping Policy

  • Coverage: We ship across Pan India Rates and delivery times vary by location.
  • Processing Time: As a print-on-demand service, each order takes up to 2 business days to print before shipping.
  • Shipping Options:
    • Express (India): 3–5 business days
    • Standard (India): 8–10 business days
  • Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or service disruptions.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping details are correctly and make sure provide you at least one phone number for contact. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses & Phone Number.
  • Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us immediately for assistance with lost or damaged items.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • General Orders: Contact support promptly to cancel. Once production starts, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: Accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Refunds: Processed per our Refund Policy. Please refer to it for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Auster.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any changes.
